TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <\/strong>MASTERSCONF<\/strong> AND <\/strong>INFORMATION UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT<\/strong><\/h1>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

These general terms and conditions govern the relations regarding the purchase of tickets for the MastersCONF conference (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cEvent\u201d) with individuals who have purchased tickets for the Conference as consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act.<\/p>\n

On the MastersCONF.com website, you can purchase tickets for the Event by filling out an electronic form and paying for the requested tickets with a debit or credit card.<\/p>\n

The online purchase of a ticket constitutes a distance contract within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as both parties to the contract are not physically present at a commercial establishment at the time of concluding the said sales contract.<\/p>\n

  1. <\/strong>INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In compliance with the requirements of Art. 47 of the CPA, consumers, acting as clients under distance contracts for online ticket purchases for the Event, are hereby informed of the following:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. <\/strong>Identification of the merchant \u2013 name, contact details, and place of business activity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u201cPROSPERAMO GROUP\u201d Ltd., UIC 204926435, manages the MastersCONF.com website and receives payments for purchased tickets, and in direct relations between consumers and \u201cPROSPERAMO GROUP\u201d Ltd., the latter acts as the merchant.<\/p>\n

      1. <\/strong>Characteristics and nature of the subject of the concluded distance contract<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The subject of the sale is tickets for attending the respective edition of MastersCONF.com, which is promoted on the MastersCONF.com website at the time of sale.<\/p>\n

        The user can choose between different ticket price categories. The different ticket categories provide the user with access to the Event, along with additional bonuses to this access, which are explicitly listed and described for the respective ticket category on the Event’s website at the time of purchase. <\/p>\n

        After paying for a ticket from the selected price category, the user is entitled to receive access to the Event, along with all promoted bonuses for the selected ticket price category, as described on the product page for the sale of the purchased ticket category.<\/p>\n

        The lists of bonuses for the different ticket price categories (such as additional training, materials, etc.) are part of the description of the subject of the distance contract and are binding for the merchant.<\/p>\n

        The merchant determines the ticket price categories, ticket prices, and bonuses included in a given ticket category separately for each subsequent edition of the conference. The current and binding descriptions of a given ticket category are those promoted on the website for a specific conference edition at the time of the online ticket purchase. <\/p>\n

        Purchased tickets certify the user’s right to attend the Event and receive all bonuses promoted for the respective ticket price category.<\/p>\n

        Tickets are provided exclusively in electronic format. Physical, paper tickets are not provided. <\/p>\n

        The merchant is obliged to ensure the Event is held with the promoted agenda, participants, location, and duration, with the promised quality and in compliance with good practices for conducting business conferences of the same class.<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

          \n
        1. <\/strong>Final price of goods\/services<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The final price of the tickets is the price indicated on the MastersCONF.com product page, where the respective ticket price class is presented and promoted. All listed prices for individual ticket classes include VAT. <\/p>\n

            \n
          1. <\/strong>Terms of payment, delivery, performance, the date on which the merchant undertakes to deliver the goods or perform the services<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Tickets are provided to the user \u2013 client under the distance contract \u2013 automatically and immediately after electronic payment for the requested ticket(s) via credit or debit card.<\/p>\n

            In cases where tickets are paid for via bank transfer, the merchant provides them to users within 3 (three) days of the bank transfer being received in the merchant’s account.<\/p>\n

            Tickets are provided exclusively in electronic format. Physical, paper tickets are not provided. <\/p>\n

            1. <\/strong>Methods provided by the merchant for handling consumer complaints<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the Event, we invite you to contact us at the email address provided below and inform us of the reasons for your dissatisfaction, so that we can find a solution that satisfies you together.<\/p>\n

              A member of our team will respond to your email as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

              You can send us your complaint to the email address office@expandx.com<\/a> <\/p>\n

              <\/strong><\/p>\n

                \n
              1. <\/strong>Right of withdrawal from the distance contract<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                If you purchase a ticket as a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from the online ticket purchase contract concluded with us within 14 days from the date of purchase, without stating a reason.<\/p>\n

                To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.<\/p>\n

                To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at the following email address: office@expandx.com<\/a> in free text. In connection with the processing of your request, it is best to write to us from the same email address you provided to us when purchasing the tickets. <\/p>\n

                We reserve the right to request additional information from you to identify the purchase, such as order number and other details.<\/p>\n

                In compliance with the requirements of Art. 47, para. 1, item 8 of the CPA, at the end of this document, we also provide our standard withdrawal form for distance contracts, which, if you wish, you can fill out and send to us at the email address office@expandx.com<\/a> or by mail to our management address: Sofia, postal code 1407, \u201cViskyar Planina\u201d St. 15-17, floor 2, office 3.<\/p>\n

                Upon withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made to the payment card you used for the initial transaction, or respectively \u2013 to the bank account from which the payment was made to us, unless we explicitly agree on another method of refunding the funds. <\/p>\n

                 <\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. <\/strong>Term of the ticket purchase contract<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Purchased tickets guarantee access to an Event with a specific, pre-announced date.<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  1. In cases where the ticket price class includes access to the Event and access to activities on the day of the event (such as networking gatherings, cocktails, etc.), the contract is considered fulfilled on the day of the event, after the event and the respective activities have taken place.<\/li>\n
                  2. If the ticket price class includes receiving materials in physical and\/or electronic format, access to a recording of the conference, and\/or other bonuses, the contract is considered fulfilled upon the fulfillment of the conditions under point 1 above and additionally \u2013 with the provision of these materials and bonuses.<\/li>\n
                  3. If the ticket price class includes receiving additional services with future dates after the Event, such as training, webinars, etc., the term of performance is extended until the last of these future activities takes place.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                     <\/p>\n

                      \n
                    1. <\/strong>Non-performance of the contract and refund of paid amounts<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      By promoting the Event, we undertake an obligation to consumers to provide access to an Event with specified participants, agenda, location, and terms of conduct.<\/p>\n

                      If we wholly or partially fail to fulfill our commitments regarding the Event, you have the right to demand from us a full or partial refund of the amounts paid for the tickets, and in case of additional damages incurred \u2013 to seek compensation determined according to the general civil legislation.<\/p>\n

                      Force Majeure<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n

                      Certain circumstances beyond our control may affect the agenda, timing of the Event, participation of announced speakers, and other aspects of the performance of our obligations regarding the Event. Under general civil legislation, such force majeure circumstances may be grounds for excluding our liability for non-performance or inaccurate performance of our obligations. <\/p>\n

                      Examples of force majeure circumstances include: unplanned accidents, protests, natural disasters, illness of speakers that prevents their participation, and other similar circumstances beyond our control as the Event organizer.<\/p>\n

                        \n
                      1. <\/strong>Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        You have the right to initiate the resolution of any disputes regarding your consumer rights through out-of-court proceedings. You can find out more here: <\/p>\n

                        1. <\/strong>MERCHANT’S OBLIGATIONS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF THE EVENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          The merchant approaches the organization of the Event responsibly and seriously and does not plan cancellation. However, if circumstances necessitate the cancellation or postponement of the event to another date, the merchant has the following obligations to consumers: <\/p>\n

                            \n
                          1. In case of Event cancellation: refund to consumers of the full amount paid for the tickets, no later than 14 days from the date on which the event cancellation was announced.<\/li>\n
                          2. In case of Event postponement to another date: tickets are automatically valid for the new date, but consumers have the right to request a full refund of the amount paid for the tickets if they do not wish to attend the Event on the new date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
